You can select the delivery time between 10.30 a.m. and 11 p.m. during connection with SF express. 

If you select Customer pick-up from our store, there is no shipping fee.

After the order transaction is completed, the system will automatically notify the order details and retain the item. We apologize for the fact that all confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you want to return or exchange due to defects or other reasons, you must make a request within 7 days after delivery, and the billing record shall prevail.

 

Upon inspection and approval, exchange or refund will be provided. The purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card account or bank transfer refund or store cash refund within 2 weeks.
