Return and refund

After the order transaction is completed, the system will automatically notify the order details and retain the item. We apologize for the fact that all confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

If you want to return or exchange due to defects or other reasons, you must make a request within 7 days after delivery, and the billing record shall prevail.

 

Upon inspection and approval, exchange or refund will be provided. The purchase amount will be refunded to your credit card account or bank transfer refund or store cash refund within 2 weeks. All promotional items, discounted items and promotional items, including any discount/promotion codes used, are final items and cannot be returned or refunded.

Future Kitchen assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged returns during transit from the customer.

If you need to return or exchange, the customer must provide the membership number, billing number, upload the product picture, and submit the exchange or return request via email. The company will contact customers and make product collection arrangement by email. The customer must keep the bill for verification. In addition, customers can return the goods in person at the store, together with the bill and membership number.
